AI documentation: Add AI tag to component overview page

As part of the AI documentation workstream, on the component overview page we want to identify which components have the AI label feature by adding an AI ready tag in the top-right of the component tiles (similar to what we have in the data viz cards here)

• Add a card for the AI label component (ask @aagonzales for the image)
• Remove the card for Multiselect (to keep the grid even numbers)
• Add "Tag legend" section to the page
  • Content should read: "AI ready: This component can provide the AI label and out-of-the-box styling when AI is present."
• Add a blue AI tag to each of the following component cards:
  • AI label
  • Checkbox
  • Data table
  • Date picker
  • Dropdown
  • Form
  • Modal
  • Number-input
  • Radio button
  • Select
  • Tag
  • Text-input
  • Tile

We are going to pause this feature for the moment as it requires dev work to implement. The feature flag work is also looking at tags for the overview page and these tasks may be able to be done at the same time.
