[Medium] add article to website

Acceptance criteria

We need to have a way to populate Medium articles on our site that are being published in a different space other than our _carbon space.

• Revise the process of how Medium articles are populated on the site.
• Get this new article from Accessibility to show up on the site.

Maybe we could look into a hybrid approach. Have an "external articles" array with a link and date for each one that we could use to insert them inbetween the automatic articles "scraped" from medium (if we can get date data from the medium articles)
