Introduce more granular data for the geographical hashrate distribution of the mining pools

Currently, we use static data for calculatiing the hashrate distribution per region per pool category. It can be found in the HashRateDistributionPerPool.json.
The goal would be to find datasources that would enable us to have historical information, at least on a yearly basis. This data could be either added to the JSON or fetched from an API.
