Failed to install rGEDI for the reason of R version?

I tried to install the rGEDI package in my R (Windows version) but failed.

when I typed the"install.packages("rGEDI")"in the R Console ,I got a Warning message:"package ‘rGEDI’ is not available for this version of R"
I've tried the version of 4.3.2 and 4.3.3 but still couldn't solve the problem.
I want to konw the rGEDI package will be available for which version of R ?
