[Bug] Changing the port for a ELB, creates a new instance in the LB since the name changed #24

Describe the bug
If one edits the CR and changes the name or the port of the ELB instance, a new instance is created in the backend LB instead of changing the params.

Additional context
A solution would be marking some fields as non-editable validating them with a ValidatingWebhook.
