Mention Bioc in "intro to R" (e.g. BiocManager::install), clarify differences between tidyverse, base R and Bioconductor.

Final thought - If we really want to highlight R vs. RStudio vs. Bioconductor, I suggest expanding the title of the episode to "R, RStudio and Bioconductor" and the first section heading to "What is R? What is RStudio? What is Bioconductor?". We could move the blurb I added about Bioc from the "R has a large and welcoming community" section to the first section. We could also add in something like: "The RStudio software comes from the company Posit, as does the popular tidyverse series of R packages"

TODO:

  • rename last section to include Bioconductor in the title.
  • add Bioconductor in intro section.
