URL Bar cannot be set to be on the left side.

When setting the URL bar's position to the left like this, nothing happens. --uc-urlbar-position: 3;
There is no difference between setting the position to 1 or 3, the bar keeps staying on the right side.

When setting the position's value to 3, I expect the tabs to be on the right side of the screen, and the URL bar to be on the left side of the screen, but unfortunately that's not the case.
