Clicking on "re-use" shows, when using a remote project:

Otherwise, the name service can't make any new request once it
encountered a problem. If users need to re-login because of a stale
session, the neuron name service remained broken, despite a successful
login. This is fixed now by resetting the name service request queeu on
failure.
