PDFs have no index (SBAbook should configure hyperref) #7

Look at the left pane of this screenshot:
no-index-in-pdf

We should normally see a list of sections and subsections of this chapter. We only see the chapter title.

When compiling the whole book I can see a perfectly detailed index.

Hyperref has a bookmarkdepth option, but it's not changed either in sbabook or in the books…

Looks like bookmarksdepth is indeed the culprit… but why is it behaving differently in the chapters vs in the book, I have no clue. 😕

Fixed in Enterprise Pharo. The hyperref setup should probably be moved to SBAbook, now.
