Getting FileNotFoundException for CefSharp.Core.Runtime.dll (but 1 hour ago it worked fine, and I changed nothing!)

I have following libraries in my Release folder:

About 1 hour ago I launched this project (using Cefsharp) and it worked completely fine. Now on step (using BrowserSetting stucture) it fires Exception: "System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'CefSharp.Core.Runtime.dll' or one of its dependencies." Also it says that "CefSharp.Core.Runtime.dll is not found".

                ImageLoading = imageLoading ? CefState.Enabled : CefState.Disabled
            };

Any ideas how to make it work stable? My OS is Windows7 64x , VS 2019 installed. I use Winforms Cefsharp version, .NET 4.5.2 . Cef version is 90.6.50.0

Resolved by installing common and windorms to main app
