We should attempt to deploy a single Cevmos sequencer to the current devnet and see how it goes!

This will require deploying the https://github.com/celestiaorg/dalc with a Celestia account with a bunch of tokens. Then we'll deploy Cevmos on a decent sized VM that talks to the DALC.

Ideally this should use release tagged binaries/images.
