Bug: comparing a collection to itself

When viewing/editing a collection that has been marked for release, the latest (previously) released version is retrieved for comparison. If the collection being viewed/edited is the first and only version of the collection, it will be compared against itself, incorrectly listing new or changed objects as "unchanged".

Any changes do indeed appear as unchanged instead of being reported as a change or minor change. Furthermore, it appears as though any changes would propagate throughout all versions and releases, and not just within a collection, but even across all collections!

It might in fact be showing the wrong version of the collection in the end as you suggest. Either way, it would appear as though the collection versions and releases are not working properly in v2.2.0 of the workbench.
