README should be improved to have better installation instructions once the Heroku button has been created. Should also go into enough detail for installation on other service like DigitalOcean and AWS.

README should also have instructions on how to setup a custom key: email pair. It also needs to describe how to use each of the different possible form field names.

Shouldn't refer to the key as secret as it isn't.

Should resolve #11 before finishing this issue as the installation to other servers would be simplified and therefore the instructions to install would be easier.
