Publish Workflow Failing - Provenance

The provenance publishing is failing. I would make a PR to fix it but the GH actions run output is hidden.

I'm guessing @koddsson has been publishing manually meanwhile. It is probably an expired token. We can debug it by doing a pre-release at some point I guess
