Timer is slowing down when tabs/window not seen #3298

Description

Only happened when moving to another tabs

Steps to Reproduce

  1. In a same browser, open docs in 2 different window
  2. Timer will automatically starts
  3. 1st window (control) just keep the docs
  4. 2nd window go to another tab and keep it that way for few seconds/minutes
  5. go back to 2nd docs
  6. the gap between 1st window and 2nd window become too far as if 2nd window timer was froze
