Update benchmark results in readme #49

By switching to UTF-8, a lot of internals were changed which affected the performance of our library.

We have some benchmark results in our blog post ("Results" section): https://www.channable.com/tech/so-long-surrogatesa, but those are lacking the comparison to the implementations in other languages.

We should do a full-run of the benchmarks again and put those results into the readme.
