After many years, GitHub Actions now has arm64 macOS runners and colima, which might (discussion) allow us to get our CI running...

colima might even support docker swarm!? abiosoft/colima#469

Nuts- sounds like M3 processor or higher is needed for nested virtualization: douglascamata/setup-docker-macos-action#35
