No .dev file for APC 8941 pdu w/ NMC AOS v6.7.2

When setting up powerman to manage an APC pdu, model 8941 with Network Management Card AOS v6.7.2, the existing apc8941.dev file would not communicate with it. Attached is a .dev file that allowed me to communicate with the pdu. I believe the AOS v6.7.2 interface differs from the one the existing apc8941.dev file is written to communicate with. It does not use numbers to move through menus, but allows the user to issue any query or command from the initial interface.
