Player name not triggering

I have a single device that won't seem to work as a player. I'm guessing it is from characters in the name that might be throwing it off. Player name is "Plex for Vizio (Vizio MTK)"

Debug shows that it detecting the change state, but it's still not triggering anything. Setup is the same as three other devices and this is the only one not working.
