@Reference: "updated" property is Felix specific

Annotation Example:
@reference( updated = "updateMethod" )

Error Message:
@reference: Updated method declaration requires namespace 1.1-felix or newer

What is 1.1-felix? Is that a felix only feature?

I would like to provide a inspection which warns the user that he is going to use a "felix" only feature.
The configuration should also allow to set the felix spec.
