请问行距要实现1.0到2.0倍这种，怎么实现呢？

这个吗？ android:lineSpacingMultiplier="1.5"

可以应用，但我是基于 EditText，所以会出现文字依然从顶部开始绘制的问题。

嗯，不过转出来的html也能用行距的效果嘛？

这个是可以的，只是需要给定相应的CSS

行距还是用lineSpacingExtra吧,lineSpacingMultiplier会导致图片span的行距超大
