In certain timezones at certain times, editing an activity displays a day earlier than the recorded date.

Cause: material-ui-pickers/utils/date-fns-utils in the date picker uses localization to format the date, so in certain time zones at certain times, the local time is indeed a day behind the recorded UTC date.
