How to disable blink.cmp completion in select buffer in LazyVim?

Getting the completion popup when selecting a roam note is annoying, what is the best/easiest way to disable it?

@iordanisg I'm unfamiliar with blink.cmp. We had an issue open for a completion framework and how to disable it within that framework, so maybe it has an approach you can take with your plugin?

For reference, it looks like one can use the same snippet from the docs for nvim-cmp to disable completion.
