AI Contact Tracing code

This code implements epidemic risk prediction with contact tracing data, as described in Jewell CP, Roberts GO (2012) "Enhancing Bayesian risk prediction for epidemics using contact tracing" Biostatistics doi::10.1093/biostatistics/kxs012.

This source code is distributed under the GPLv3, preserving the open source nature of academic research.  Consequently, it is distributed WITHOUT WARRANTY.

It is the authors' intention that this code might act as a platform for future development of epidemic risk prediction algorithms, so you are warmly invited to get in touch if you would like to add to the project!
