Automatic construction of species_configs_properties file following a calibration

Dear Chris,
Following the recommendation to use a specific "species_configs_properties" CSV file containing species parameters adapted after a calibration (see https://github.com/OMS-NetZero/FAIR/blob/master/examples/calibrated_constrained_ensemble.ipynb), would it be possible to include the generation of the file at the end of the calibration process? It would thus ease the adoption and use of a new calibration (though quite simple to find the parameters values manually...).

Hey, I'm unlikely to get to this quickly. I'll leave it open as an ongoing guilt reminder of things I haven't done, or you could try and do it yourself and submit a pull request?
