There is under bootstrap directory a script to print the docker port of Fuse print-fuse-docker.sh but no script to start Fuse Docker Container

yah good eye... there isn't any fuse containers for this at the moment. the fuse containers don't run in Docker for this demo, they run in OpenShift v2... but we can discuss how best to have them run in future versions of this demo (e.g., OpenShift v3)
