I think this is related to #748. Inspecting the executable with "Resource Hacker" shows that there are two icon groups "1" and "32512". I think icon group 1 is the one with problems. |

On Windows, if the icon size is set to "medium", the icon appears blurry.
Medium icon (default next to manually set icon):

Here's screenshot comparing the default icon from the other possible icon from the exe resources.

I'm on a Dell P3421w monitor.
Display resolution: 3440 x 1440
Scale: 100%
This issue seems to go away for "Medium" icons with Scale 100%. But then it shows up for "Small" icons.
