Describe the Bug

An update screen does not show any versions, even though application is notifying me that there is a new version available.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open app
2. Click Ok on "New Version Available Popup"

Anything else?

Added Cider through Windows Firewall.
Reinstalled app multiple times, with full removal of files.

Cannot reproduce; In both clean slate virtual machine, and regular machine usage.
