Describe the Bug

Cider's window background is supposed to be translucent, as demonstrated in the following screenshot:

However, Cider's background tends to revert to a solid color, given the right circumstances.

This seems to happen when Cider's color scheme is set to anything (dark, light, or system), and the system theme changes.
