My Apple.ca account is not accepting on your site, Apple refuses to record me. But my payment on your site has been accepted. As a result I cannot use your application.

There is no reason why it wouldn’t be accepted unless you have something to incorrectly or an invalid subscription.

Please confirm that you have:

1. A full Apple Music subscription
2. What happens when you try to login on Apple Music web

We do not do anything to block any regions since all the services used are Apple’s.
