It would be great to establish design principles and standards (fonts, palette) for the work we produce. That way it's unified from the get-go and easy to bring folks in to participate. Really showing that we're thinking like a product team.
• Establish a design working group
• Set up simple principles/standards
• Schedule short, recurring check-ins
• Announce 'Designers for DMV' working group and how we work, how folks can get involved
• Re-design DMV
