Race conditions in update_package #93

This "hack" needs also to be added to update_package:

ckanext-archiver/ckanext/archiver/tasks.py

Lines 116 to 117 in cbfadf9

    
           # HACK because of race condition #1481 
        
           sleep(2)

The whole solution is generally not ideal, are there any new approaches to this issue?
