New Feature Summary

As a user to generate a new "source" MMIF file, the help msg from clams source command is highly under-documented beyond the default file:// scheme.

When a plugin provides a proper documentation on its CLI argument format or the format of document.location values, the help message of clams source should display all aggregated documents from all available (installed) plugins.
