PR to only partly address #147.
Regardless of where we decide to keep the source file for the "user manual" document, it should be published to the
apps.clams.ai, I think. To that end, this PR assumes the address will be https://apps.clams.ai/clamsapp , as proposed in clamsproject/apps#41 , and the README included in the app templates will use that address to make a link to the general usr instructions.
