Language Resrouce Switchboard says: 'ERROR'!

Hi! In today's NCF meeting, we were asked to have a look at the resources in LRS, and update the list.
I needed, of course, to first try the system. I tried to upload a file (https://git.app.uib.no/gunn.lyse/ordbokeksempler/-/raw/main/bob-newest.tsv), first via its URL, and then I downloaded it to my machine and uploaded it to LRS. In both instances, LRS returns: ERROR! Not sure what the error is, precisely.
