You can attack Ouru with spells (range) without getting any damage. He simply is not able to attack you because the hitbox is not correct. Already saw some players doing the boss without a tank, since he couldnt do any damage to the casters.

Which is weird, because I just saw this:

His hitbox is certainly broken. (like Onyxia or Hakkar), but I don't know why.
