Probe stuck in trigger mode

my prove is stuck in trigger mode after flashing the firmware

what probe do you have?
and how do you mean stuck? what steps give you this issue?

you can try carefully pulling the part up and down manually to see if it moves.

also in the menu, in Level menu, in Probe settings, you will see Deploy, Stow, Reset. see if that does anything

The open and triggered loop is like apple phone but no logo 😂 the red light never comes on

The printer don't go down the red light is normal on, when it detect the metal the red light goes off

correct me if im wrong but this sounds like you have an Inductive probe. this is meant for Aquila X3, you should be using firmware that has _IND in the file name.

Yes the bin file has a IND in it

Im not familiar with these probes. All i can say is it should be working. Double check your wiring. Maybe that is how it is supposed to be, in triggered mode
