Dear Team,

Thank you for creating such an excellent tool that effectively reveals critical data and helps us identify the root causes of issues. I have used this tool many times in the past and always found it highly reliable.

Recently, after a long gap, I tried the latest version to capture metrics using an XML template for SQL 2016 and AX 2012 R3 on Windows Server 2016 and 2019. However, I realized that the import of exported templates is not compatible, preventing me from completing the task. Interestingly, the same templates still work seamlessly with Windows Server 2012 R2.

Could you kindly assist me in importing these XML templates into the newer versions of Windows Servers? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to your support.
