As a developer, I want to set up the basic structure of the game in the webpage so that puzzles can be displayed and Python code can be inputted.

Design and implement the HTML structure for the game.
Apply CSS for styling the game.
Write JavaScript for handling user interactions.
Prototype with Three.js
Prototype with Babylon.js
