Once 12 month long date range selected, not possible to change 'From' date.

ex)

  1. Jan 2022 - Dec 2022 selected
  2. user's not able to change 'From' & 'End' date since it's already 12 month long, hence the drop-down selection wouldn't work.

=> The 'From date' should be selectable regardless of previously selected date range.
=> If 'From date's been changed, it will be the best that 'End date' gets reset.
