Describe the bug
I can navigate to the folder where the file is located but I can't see the file

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

use Deploy a Web Resource to CDS
Navigate to folder
No file name

Additional context
Running on MacBook Pro M1

Backstergeek assigned CloudSmithBrandon and CloudSmithIra
