Description of the bug

CO SG pamflet not working on WO since it states that only the Commanding Officer may read it.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

The CO of WO map should be able to read it.

How do we reproduce this bug?

  1. Force WO
  2. Spawn in as CO
  3. Open your vendor and spawn the SG kit and attempt to read the pamflet.

Only the Commanding Officer can use this.
Misa Burnout has thrown Cavalier instructional pamphlet.

  • Admin: Seraphilian
  • Note: Can confirm that I saw her trying to use it. HG Spec is also broken, as an aside.
