someone dead has red skull death but cvannot collect dog tag because less than 5 mi8nutes death
What's the difference with what should have happened?
should be able to collect dog tags of permsas even red skulls
How do we reproduce this bug?
have red skull dead marine
cannot collect dog tag before "p[erma timer"
