Add translation

This task is to add a translation using weblate

https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/coala/gci-leaders/

Only one translation should be added at a time, as we will be manually importing the translations until #125 and #124 have been merged.

The entire set of messages for the language should be translated before the task is completed and submitted.

I'm beginner to open source, I would like to take up this issue for translating in hindi . It would be great if you would explain about steps for adding translation to project, will it be done entirely from https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/coala/gci-leaders/ or I have to copy changes from website to my local and then create pull request.

As the issue describes, you must do the entire translation in weblate - bringing it to 100% complete. An admin will then import the translation for you.
