Closed items disappear too quickly

Upon an issue closing or PR merging, the PR and/or issues disappear off the list very quickly.

Visually distracting, but also leaves the user wondering what it was, and they cant easily find it.

It would be better to have them put into a very small area with only the #123 visible for each. A queue of completed work, and new closed issues/PRs push the earliest ones out of the area.

Then it is always possible to see the recent history.
