This was transposed from an earlier requirements document and needs to be expressed more clearly as a user-story. Who is the actor, and what is their purpose?

I would expect the response as json format related to the data specification we were talking about with the figures (for example timeline-related lists) as arrays. This should allow all kind of transferring them to visualisation frameworks. From my perspective the core issue is the coverage, quality and amount of data.
