BUG with Mac 10.9, after publish all file are deleted!

In I clicked publish, I publish settings directory and all the files in the project directory are deleted!

you shouldn’t put the publish directory in the same one of the project.

I have the same problem with Alpha5, not sure if it associated with OSX 10.9. The problem is that the Published-html5 folder is wiped out completely when you hit publish again.
