What the license for xxtea code contained in this repo? #197

This cocos2d-x-3rd-party-libs-bin has no license specified.

The xxtea code contained here was original from here https://github.com/liut/pecl-xxtea which was licensed under The PHP License. But the current code here is different to the original code.

I'm currently want to wrap the xxtea code here in this repo into a Lua module.
I want to know under what license can I distribute these code?
