Changed part of the texts.

No idea how to update the automated emails -> please help here @gheorghelupu17
Some of the help texts imply changing some validation rules in BE as well -> help needed here as well @gheorghelupu17
Some of the texts I couldnt change myself -> maked them with "Help" in the dedicated spreadsheet
