[Admin ONG/Persoane resursă] implement resource person's profile page

The Admin ONG user should be able to view each resource person on an individual child page.
From the 'Persoane resursă' page, where the list of all resource persons is displayed, the user should be able to click on each resource person and access the individual resource person's profile page. (see design here)
